Refund & Exchange Policy

Refunds & Returns:

• You can return any product from our new stock within 7 working days of delivery for a full refund, but only if it arrives damaged or defective.
• For sizing issues, we offer exchanges instead of returns or refunds.
• Sale items purchased with a discount code are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Exchange Policy:

• Exchanges can be requested within 7 working days, provided the item is in its original condition.
• If the item is not defective or damaged, a ₹150 exchange fee will apply.

Tailored Products:

• Custom sizes or altered items cannot be returned or refunded.
• We offer one-time alterations, but customers must arrange pickup.

Return Procedure:

1. Pack the item with the tag intact and the return slip inside.
2. Email maiefashionindia@gmail.com from your registered email within 7 days of receiving your order.
3. We will arrange a reverse pickup within 5 days.

Important Guidelines:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and have original tags.
• Ensure returns are free of perfume, detergent, makeup, or stains.
• Verify your return with the delivery executive to avoid discrepancies.

Return/Exchange Process:

• After pickup, we will inspect the item. If approved, we will process the refund/exchange within 5-10 working days.
• Exchanges typically take 15-25 days from pickup.

Additional Information:

• ₹150 COD handling charges are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs.
