• Tailored/Altered Garments: Please note that tailored or altered garments are customized to fit your unique measurements. As such, these orders are not eligible for Cash on Delivery (COD). We kindly request a pre-payment through any of our online payment options for your convenience.
• Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 working days from our warehouse located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
• Delivery Time: Once dispatched, your order will reach you within 3-10 working days. Please note, this excludes Sundays and public holidays.
• Promotional Prices: For products available at promotional prices, shipping charges will apply as indicated during checkout.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Please note that COD orders will incur an additional charge of Rs. 200. This fee is applied to cover the additional handling and processing costs associated with COD payments.
