Refund & Exchange Policy
Refunds & Returns:
- You can return any product from our new stock within 7 working days of delivery for a full refund, but only if it arrives damaged or defective.
- For sizing issues, we offer exchanges instead of returns or refunds.
- Sale items purchased with a discount code are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Exchange Policy:
- Exchanges can be requested within 7 working days, provided the item is in its original condition.
- If the item is not defective or damaged, a ₹100 exchange fee will apply.
Tailored Products:
- Custom sizes or altered items cannot be returned or refunded.
- We offer one-time alterations, but customers must arrange pickup.
Return Procedure:
- Pack the item with the tag intact and the return slip inside.
- Email maiefashionindia@gmail.com from your registered email within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We will arrange a reverse pickup within 5 days.
Important Guidelines:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and have original tags.
- Ensure returns are free of perfume, detergent, makeup, or stains.
- Verify your return with the delivery executive to avoid discrepancies.
Return/Exchange Process:
- After pickup, we will inspect the item. If approved, we will process the refund/exchange within 5-10 working days.
- Exchanges typically take 15-25 days from pickup.
Additional Information:
- ₹100 COD handling charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs.
