1. Refund Policy:
- You can return any product purchased from our new/fresh stock within 7 working days from the date of delivery for a full refund.
- Products bought during Sale/Promotions are eligible for return for store credit only, valid for 1 year. Items purchased using discount codes can be returned for a refund of the discounted amount.
2. Exchange Policy:
- Exchange requests can be made within 7 working days, provided the returned garment is in its original condition, and the exchange order is promptly placed.
3. Tailored Products:
- Custom sizes or modified items are considered Tailored products and cannot be returned or refunded. However, we offer a one-time alteration if needed, provided the order is picked up by the customer.
4. Return Procedure:
- To initiate a return, select your order and the product you wish to return. Ensure the item is neatly packed with the tag intact and return slip inside.
- Email us at maiefashionindia@gmail.com from your registered email address to start the return process within 7 days of receiving your order.
5. Important Guidelines for Returns/Exchanges:
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached.
- Products should be free of perfume, deodorant, detergent, makeup, or tan marks.
- Verify the items being returned/exchanged to avoid any discrepancies with the delivery executive. We are not liable for incorrect returns.
- Pack your return items carefully to prevent damage during transit.
6. Return/Exchange Process:
- Once your return request is received via email, we will arrange a reverse pick-up.
- Our courier partner will contact you to schedule a convenient pick-up time within 5 days.
- After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it for quality.
- If the product meets our return criteria, we will process the refund/exchange within 5-10 working days.
- For exchange requests, we will confirm the item to be sent and update you on the expected delivery timeline, which typically takes 15-25 days from the date of pick-up.
7. Additional Information:
- Handling charges for COD orders (₹ 150) are non-refundable.
- If the initial pick-up is canceled by the customer, additional charges may apply for rescheduling.
